Anew Experience operates as a virtual service provider and does not offer in-person services, legal or medical advice, or financial planning. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physical care, emergency response, medication management, household management, transportation services, event planning, or crisis intervention.

Our services are tailored to support women. Please note that we observe sick days and mental health days as needed. Anew Experience reserves the right to accept or decline clients at our discretion and to discharge clients in cases of disrespect or inappropriate behavior.

We are not responsible for any interactions between members that occur outside of our scheduled meetings. Participation in our Penpal/Mentor service is at will and all interaction and or outcome is solely on the participants. 

We ask all members to respect the established boundaries regarding phone calls and other forms of communication, and to observe our designated hours of operation. By choosing to  participate in our programs, you agree to these guidelines.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information shared during our sessions, ensuring that your privacy is respected and protected at all times

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

At Anew Experience, we understand that circumstances may change. To ensure fairness for all, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for rescheduling. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for missed or canceled sessions. However, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. There is no make-up for group sessions.  All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued for any services rendered or unused sessions.
